Eat several mini-meals during the day.
Eating mini-meals is actually dividing your 3 basic meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, into six meals. You are eating half as much per meal but twice as often.
Why is this good?
- Researchers say that this method of eating is more likely to keep you insulin levels even throughout the day.
- You will be less likely to be hungry at what were low times,
- Instead of looking for snacks, and meanwhile grazing, you will already have you meals planned.
