An update to the Undersize Me diet.

It all started in 2004 when Morgan Spurlock made the documentary "Super Size Me,". The Sundance acclaimed film in which he ate nothing but McDonald's food, focusing on burgers. Morgan Spurlock gained 24.5 pounds in a month .

Now a Virginia man says that he lost about 80 pounds in six months by eating nearly every meal at McDonald's.
Chris Coleson tipped the scales at 278 pounds in December. The 5-foot-8 man now weighs 199 pounds and his waist size has dropped from 50 to 36.

Although he says that he ate healthy foods, such as salads, if you were to eat only burgers, here is what you would find.

SuperSonic Cheeseburger: 980 calories, 58 grams carbs, 64 grams fat, 165 mg cholesterol, 1,430 mg sodium
